Cancellations and Missed Appointments
Your appointments are very important to us at LiveLoveHeaL with Reiki. They are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, so we respectfully request at least 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and other clients miss the chance to receive services.
Any missed appointment, late cancellation, or change without 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount.
Refund Policies
There is no refund of full payments or deposits made for packages, events, classes, or workshops, but the amount paid may be used within the calendar year toward a future service or course. Sessions, packages, events, classes, and workshops (or payment for these items) are also non-transferable. Course manuals and certificates will not be given until full payment has been received.
Personal Information
The information you provide during a private session, class, workshop, or electronic communication is of the utmost importance. It will remain strictly confidential and will not be shared with any other parties.
Email Privacy
If you received a mailing from LiveLoveHeaL with Reiki, your email address is either listed with us as someone who has expressly shared this address for the purpose of receiving information in the future (“opt-in”), or you have registered, purchased, or otherwise have an existing relationship with LiveLoveHeaL with Reiki. Your time and attention are respected by controlling the frequency of mailings.
Your email address will never be shared or sold to anyone. If you have received an email in error or wish to stop receiving emails from LiveLoveHeaL with Reiki, you may remove yourself from the mailing list by clicking the “unsubscribe” button at the bottom of each email.
Testimonials and Customer Images
By submitting a testimonial and any associated image or video (collectively referred to as “Testimonial”) to LiveLoveHeaL with Reiki, you agree that the Testimonial becomes the property of LiveLoveHeaL with Reiki. This includes, but is not limited to, the right to edit, reproduce, distribute, and use the Testimonial in any media and for any purpose, including promotional and marketing materials.
You further acknowledge that LiveLoveHeaL with Reiki may publish your Testimonial, in whole or in part, along with your name and company name (if provided), without any compensation or notification to you.
Please note that while LiveLoveHeaL with Reiki reserves the right to use submitted Testimonials, we do so with the utmost respect for your privacy and confidentiality. Your personal contact information will not be shared.
